We sure hope you love and enjoy every We Like To Party item you purchase. However, if you do wish or need to return an item, you are welcome to do so within 30 days of receipt.
All physical items you wish to return, must be sent back to us unopened, unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable.
To submit an order - in full or partially - please e-mail us with your name, order number and the reason for your return. We'll make it happen!
You send us the package and upon receiving it we will confirm your return. We will also update you on the status, approved or rejected and why. If your refund has been approved, this will be processed. Please allow 7 days to process returns. Once processed the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method, you will see it on your balance within 5 to 10 working days.

- If 30 days have expired we are - unfortunately- unable to accept the return.
- There are a few items that can’t be returned due to various reasons, so please make a note of this before you purchase.
ITEMS THAT CAN NOT BE RETURNED
- Custom orders which are made specially for you are usually not suitable for returns.
- For hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds on (pierced) jewellery, cosmetics.
- For swimwear/underwear briefs if the original packaging and hygiene seal has been removed we will not be able to accept this product back. This does not affect your statutory rights. Gift Cards are also non-returnable items.
